AMEE Conference 2026
AMEE was founded over 50 years ago and has since grown into a truly global organisation. Its mission is to promote and inspire excellence, collaboration, and scholarship across the full continuum of Health Professions Education. Each year, in a different country and city, AMEE hosts an annual conference that attracts more than 4,000 delegates from over 90 countries.
We were commissioned to rebrand the conference and develop the identity for the 2026 event in Vienna.
The new logo evolves the AMEE arrow motif, combining multiple arrows into a globe-like 3D sphere. Aligned with the Earth’s rotation and axis, it conveys global movement and forward momentum, while the convergence of arrows reflects partnership and unity across the AMEE community.
The Vienna 2026 visual identity adopts a bold, modular system inspired by the work of Koloman Moser and the Vienna Secession. Drawing on the geometric principles of the Wiener Werkstätte –particularly the square as a core motif – the design system is flexible and scalable, adapting seamlessly across a wide range of applications.
